Dave provides leadership support for the implementation of institutional budgeting and planning and reports directly to the Associate Vice President for Budget and Planning. Dave joined Iowa State University and the Office of the Provost in August of 2006. Prior to that, he worked within various industries in the private sector, having primary responsibilities in areas of managerial cost accounting, financial management and strategic business planning. Dave earned his B.S. degree in Finance from Iowa State University in 1992 and earned a second major in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1997. In 2006, Dave earned his Master of Accounting degree from Iowa State University with an emphasis in managerial cost accounting.
