Kevin is the Coordinator of Continuous Academic Program Improvement (CAPI), reporting to Associate Provost Dave Holger. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of CAPI, outcomes assessment, and learning communities assessment initiatives.

He joined the Office of the Provost in September 2005. Prior to that, he served as a research associate in the Research Institute for Studies in Education. He received his B.A. (1994) in Psychology and Sociology and his M.S. (1999) in Higher Education Administration from Drake University. He received his Ph.D. (2004) in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University.
