Creating a Designated Seating Chart
This Creating a Designated Seating Chart CyBox contains downloadable and fillable PDF seating charts for University scheduled classrooms. You will need to be logged into CyBox with your iastate netid to access the CyBox.

Classrooms scheduled by departments and colleges are not included because those classroom configurations are managed locally.

Submitting a Completed Seating Chart
A CyBox folder will be created for each instructor of record after the first week of classes. Instructors may upload their seating chart document(s) to that CyBox folder in the second week of classes, or when seating plans have been established. You will need to be logged into CyBox with your iastate netid to access the CyBox. The completed seating charts will be used to assist in contact tracing efforts if necessary.
