New workshop offering:

The How To's of Progressive Corrective Action: Best Practices and Resources:

The Faculty Handbook was recently updated to incorporate a new policy on Progressive Corrective Action (FH 7.2.7.6). The policy outlines a graduated approach to addressing faculty conduct concerns as they occur with the goal of guiding and supporting improved performance. Department chairs/school directors and deans now have a set of tools and a transparent policy that they can utilize when conduct concerns arise.

In collaboration with General Counsel and Human Resources delivery, we will provide resources and best practices for using this policy to address in an effective and timely manner faculty conduct concerns that may arise.
